How do I place an order?
Add what you need to your cart and check out with your mobile number. We call you to confirm the order before it ships, and you can follow every step under My account.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Inside Dhaka delivery costs ৳60 and usually takes 1–2 days. Outside Dhaka it costs ৳120 and usually takes 2–4 days by courier.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. You can also pay in advance by bKash or Nagad and enter the transaction ID at checkout.
How do I know a part fits my bike?
Every part lists the bikes it fits, and you can search by your bike model (for example “Pulsar 150”). Not sure? Call us on 01817-280078 with your model and we will check for you.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. Parts come from trusted importers and manufacturers and are checked at our warehouse. Our own BDMOTO products carry a batch number and manufacturing date on every bottle.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Wrong or damaged item? Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange it or refund you. Items must be unused and in their original packing; fitted electrical parts and opened lubricants cannot be returned unless faulty.
